On the Academic Mission and Theoretical System of Financial Criminal Law

从宏观上研究金融刑法学科使命和理论体系,使其成为系统化、理论化的一门科学,是时代赋予的使命。文章从跨学科、比较、实证和金融业发展、金融犯罪规律、司法实务、全球化、开放思维等方面论述了金融刑法学的学科使命,并把金融刑法学理论体系划分为基础理论、一般理论、应用理论三个部分,充分展示了金融刑法学研究的学术思想魅力和理论光辉。

Researching the academic mission and the theoretical system of financial criminal law from macro perspective to develop it into a systematic and theoretical science is an era task. This paper elaborates interdisciplinarily, comparatively, empirically the academic mission of financial criminal law from the perspectives of financial development, regular financial crime patterns, judicial practices, globalization, open thinking, etc. The paper proposes to divide the theoretical system of financial criminal law into three parts, i. e. , basic theory, general theory, and application theory, and presents the academic charm and theoretical significance of financial criminal law research.
