高填充阻燃型PVC电缆料的研制 被引量:2

摘要 用经自制复合改性剂MT-Ⅲ处理后的轻质CaCO3填充PVC制备PVC电缆料,在相同填充量时,所得制品的力学性能及加工性能均得到有效改善.采用复合增塑剂Sb2O3能有效地改善制品的阻燃性.当复合改性剂MT-Ⅲ用量为1.5份,轻质CaCO3用量为80份时,所制得PVC电缆料各项性能最佳,均达到GB8815对H-70PVC电缆料的要求,且生产成本低,阻燃性及加工性能较好. The light calcium carbonate(CaCO 3) was surface treated with self made complex modifier MT Ⅲ.The PVC cable compound filled with it was prepared.At same amounts of CaCO 3,the mechanical and processing properties of the products was all efficiently improved.To use complex plasticizer and antimony trioxide(Sb 2O 3) can efficiently improved the flame retarding property of the products when the content of complex modifier MT Ⅲ is 1.5 share and the content of CaCO 3 is 80 share,the properties of PVC cable compound is best.The highly loading and flame retarding PVC cable compound can not only meet the properties required by GB 8815 88,but also have lower cost,fine properties of flame retarding and processing.
