4B酸生产的反相高效液相色谱分析

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法,以C18色谱柱,甲醇∶水(0.1%四乙基溴化胺)=85∶15的流动相,于226nm处进行检测,测定了4B酸生产过程中所用原料及产品的含量,样品测试的回收率不小于98%,对生产过程中对甲苯胺的转化率的测定则选用254nm为检测波长,用面积归一化法定量.用此法进行定量仅需10min,可用于4B酸生产过程的在线监控分析,据此选择出合适的反应时间为4h. The content of the raw materials and the products of the process period of 4B acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with C18 chromatographic column,MeOH∶H 2O(0.1% tetraethyl bromide amine) mobile phase which ratio is 85∶15,detected at 226 nm. The percent recovery of the measurement and test is not less than 98%. The percent conversion of p aminotoluene in the process period was determined at 254 nm and quantity analysed with method of proportion to one.This method only need 10 min to quantify and can be used to online monitoring analysis the process period of 4B acid,and hereby the suitable reaction time is 4 h.
