螺栓、螺母横向振动试验用电液伺服振动台系统的静态设计

摘要 阐述了螺栓、螺母横向振动实验台的液压系统静态设计.在电液伺服振动台系统的静态设计中,通过负载分析,确定伺服阀、作动筒的参数;根据阀特征曲线,确定油源参数.在系统布置中,采用3级过滤,蓄能器靠近伺服阀安装,设置了自动冷却系统及液压软管等措施,有效提高了系统的性能. Mechamical Engineering Department of Hubei Automotive Industries InstituteThe static design of the hydraulic system for the experiment table of nut or bolt crosswise vibration is expounded. In this design of the electrohydraulic servo table vibrators, the parameters of servo valves and hydraulic cylinder can be confirmed by analysing the load, the parameters of hydraulic power source can be confirmed through the feature curves of valves. The performance is improved by using 3 class filter, automatic cooling system and hydraulic soft tube.
