不同肾病患者内源性肾小球滤过率的实验室评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估不同类型肾病患者内源性肾小球滤过率。方法测定了57例肾病患者和39例健康对照血中Cystatin C(Cys C)尿素、肌酐浓度和肌酐清除率。结果患者尿素、肌酐、Cysc浓度和肌酐清除率与健康对照组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);相关分析表明Cys C和肌酐清除率之间(P<0.05)、Cys C和肌酐之间(P<0.01)存在明显的相关关系。而肌酐和尿素之间(P>0.05),以及肌酐和肌酐清除率之间(P>0.05)无明显相关关系存在。结论肾病患者血中Cys C浓度增高,对GFR功能早期受损的评估优于尿素、肌酐和肌酐清除率。 Objective To evaluation of endogenous clearance marker glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in patients with various types of renal diseases. Methods We determined the serum cystatin C, urea, ereatinine, and ereatinine clearance levels in 57 patients with renal diseases, and 39 healthy controls, and compared the concentrations of patients with of healthy controls. Results The concentratons of serum urea,ereatinine, and creatinine clearance was found to be significantly higher in the patients with renal diseases in comparison to the healthy controls ( P〈0. 01 ). Correlation was observed between cystatin C and ereatinine clearance levels (P〈0. 05 ), and between cystatin C and creatinine levels (P〈0. 01 ). However, there were not correlation between creatinine and urea concentrations ( P〉0.05 ), and between creatinine and creatinine clearance lenels ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion Serum cystatin C is probably more attractive for estimation of renal function than urea, creatinine, and creatinine clearance for de- tection of GFR in patients with early kidney diseases.
