天鹿胶囊对力竭游泳小鼠CK、BUN、LA的影响

Effect of Tianlu capsule on CK,BUN and LA of exhausted swimming mice

目的：通过超临界萃取蚕蛹提取物制作天鹿胶囊，并观察其对小鼠的抗运动疲劳能力的影响。方法：选用昆明种健康小鼠，雌雄各半，体重18～22g，按阴性对照组，阳性对照组，天鹿胶囊低剂量、中剂量、高剂量给药组随机分为5组，分别观察小鼠游泳试验结果并测定抗疲劳活性物质含量。结果：灌胃给药20d后，天鹿胶囊高中低三个剂量组均明显促进小鼠的体重增长，与溶剂对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。天鹿胶囊1．2，1．8g／kg组均能显著延长小鼠负荷游泳时间，与溶剂对照组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。天鹿胶囊1．2g／kg，1．8g／kg两个剂量组均能明显降低血清中肌酸激酶活性和尿素氮，乳酸含量，1．8g／kg组还可显著提高雄性和雌性小鼠血清睾酮的含量，与溶剂对照组相比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。天鹿胶囊1．8g／kg剂量组对血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量均有明显降低作用，与溶剂对照组相比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。天鹿胶囊三个剂量组能明显提高小鼠力竭游泳后肝糖元含量，与溶剂对照组相比有显著性差异。结论：天鹿胶囊具有明显的抗疲劳作用，通过脂肪代谢和提高糖原储备而增加运动时供能。

Objective： Observe the effect of the anti - sports - fatigue ability of mouse with Tianlu capsule which produced by supercritical fluid silkworm chrysalis extractive. Methods：Healthy mice （BW：18 -22g）were selected and divided into 5 groups： negative, positive, low dose Tianlu capsule, median dose, high dose, it was to observe the swimming test results and test the contains of anti -fatigue active substance..Results ：The BW were rising in low, median and high dose group, and was significantly different with control group after intragastric feeding 20 days （P 〈 0.05 ）. The median and high dose group can obviously prolong the load swimming time（ P 〈 0.01 ）and can significatly decrease the contain of serum CK, usea nitrogen and LA （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TES was improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the cholesterol and TG were decreased in high dose group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The muscle glycogen was increased after exhausted swimming in low, median and high dose group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Tianlu capsule has anti - fatigue effect and can improve the energy supply during exercise by fat metabolism and improving glycogen storage.
