摘要
为解决传统ＣＰ－１电气控制系统存在的问题，采用ＰＬＣ控制装置进行改造．本着电气符号不变、功能不变、操作使用不变的原则，硬件设计中选用Ｃ４０Ｐ－ＣＤＲ－ＤＥ机型以满足控制系统Ｉ／Ｏ点数的要求，从而提高了整机的自动化生产水平，故障率大大降低，有效地降低了工程技术人员的劳动强度．
According to the rule that the electric code,the function and the operation are all unchangeable ,reform the traditional electric control system by PLC control installation. Adopt the C40P CDR DE machine to meet the demands of I/O address distribution,the automatic producing of whole machine is up and hitch rate and the working strength is greatly reduced.
