摘要
以硝酸银为银源,利用超声化学法,加入稳定荆聚乙二醇400,制备出纳米银颗粒。分别用银铵络合离子法、有机溶剂法制备纳米银粒子,并进行了对比分析。通过透射电子显微镜观察纳米银的粒径大小及形貌,利用能谱、X射线衍射和紫外-可见分光光度计对纳米银进行了表征,并讨论了不同的反应温度、超声时间、溶剂种类以及不同稳定剂浓度对纳米银颗粒的形成及粒径的影响。
The sliver nano-particles were synthesized by ultrasonic irradia- tion process with silver nitrate as raw materials and PEG400 as stabilizing agent. The Ag nano-particles were synthesized by silver ammonium complex ion method and ethylene glycol organic solvents method, the average particle size of them was 8 nm and 6 nm, respectively. The appearance of the Ag nano-particles was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The products were characterized by the UV-visible absorption spectrophotometer. It is concluded that the reaction temperature, sonochemical time and stabile agent affect the growth of silver nano-particles.
