摘要
通过建立选粉机分级区气固两相力学模型,对水泥颗粒进行拟动力学分析与运动分析,明确认为选粉机分级区颗粒流体在宏观上为过渡区流态(即处于层流与紊流之问),颗粒在选粉机分级区所受作用力中,离心力最大,空气作用在颗粒上的阻力次之,重力较小,浮力最小,而且还发现了选粉机的结构参数、工艺参数对重力、浮力的影响比较小,在设计及操作中通常可不考虑其影响等。
The dynamic simulation and kinematic analysis of cement particles were carried on by making gas-solid two phase mechanical model in classification zone of classifier. Some conclusions were obtained. It was definitely presented for that the fluid state of granular fluid in classification zone of classifier was transition zone (i.e, between laminar flow and turbulent flow), seeing from the overall perspective. Among the forces applied to particles in classification zone of classifier, the centrifugal forces was the greatest, and the resistance force applied to particles by air was less than the former, the particles had little weight, and the upward force was the least. It was also found that the influences of structural and process parameters on gravity and the upward force was less, so that it was usually take no consideration on it.
