We must grasp the basic point of the work, that we must be human -oriented, when thousands of things come to the basic trade union. In the new age we can maximize the function of the trade union through the steps which are to construct the democratic administrative platform, to improve the condition of working and life, to boost the development of the enterprise culture, and to educate the staff to construct a harmonious enterprise.
