随着我国劳动立法的逐步完善,对劳动关系调整带来深刻影响,劳动者维权意识空前觉醒,促使用人单位进一步规范用工行为,但是也应看到新劳动立法的个别内容值得商榷,仍需进一步细化和完善,并在技术上加以改进。

With the perfecting of Chinese national legislation for labors, it influences the working relationship profoundly in aspect of consultation. It awakens the labors to guard their legal rights, and forces the employers to standardize their methods to administrate further. However, we can see the weakness in the content of the legislation, which needs to be consulted, refined, and perfected in technology.
