基于行政程序法的行政审批制度创新

The Innovation of Administrative Approval System Based on Administrative Procedure Law

我国在加入"世贸组织"以后,中央政府和全国各省、市政府都下大力量进行了不同程度的行政审批制度改革。统一的行政程序法典的制定与实施,是中国行政法制现代化的必然要求和结果。本文基于行政程序法在中国国情背景下提出了行政审批制度创新的策略。

After entering into WTO, the central government, the provinces, and governments of the municipalities have reformed the system of administrative approval intensively in a wide range. It is the necessary request and result for Chinese modern administrative law to carry out the uniformed administrative procedure law. This article puts forward some innovative strategies for administrative approval system according to the Chinese current conditions.
