磷钨酸/H_2O_2对富芳汽油氧化萃取脱硫性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在相转移催化剂作用下,采用磷钨酸/H2O2催化氧化体系对乌鲁木齐石化公司烃重组富芳汽油是非常有效的氧化脱硫体系。在相转移催化剂为H2O2质量的0.5%,杂多酸为H2O2质量的1%,反应温度50℃,反应时间30 min,氧化后的汽油经过溶剂萃取,脱硫率可达到81.95%,汽油的收率97%以上。氧化液经适当地补充相转移剂和磷钨酸催化剂可以重复使用。同时对反应前后汽油的组成进行分析,油品的族组成变化不大,处理后的油品的辛烷值略有提高。 It is very efficiently oxidative desulphurization system for re-hydrocarbon rich aromatic gasoline of Urumqi Petrochemical Company with phosphotungstic acid/H2O2 catalytic oxidation system in phase transfer catalyst. Desulphurization rate of gasoline oxidized and extracted attained to 81.95 percent,and above 97M of gasoline yield. Oxidative solution can be recycled through adding appropriate phase transfer catalyst and phosphotungstic acid. At the same time, gasoline compositions of before and after reaction were analyzed,Composition of gasoline changed little and octane value of gasoline increased slightly.
