摘要
以对甲苯胺为原料,"一锅法"合成了邻硝基对甲苯酚。经研究得出反应最优工艺条件为:n(对甲苯胺)∶n(亚硝酸钠)=1∶1.1,以质量分数为13%的硝酸钠溶液作硝化剂,水解和硝化温度为65℃,产品收率54.85%,产生的废酸回收利用。
o-Nitro-p-cresol was prepared by "one-pot" method with p-toluidine. The optimum reactive conditions were given: n(p-toluidine) : n(sodium nitrite)= 1 : 1.1, and the mass fraction of sodium nitrate was 13%,the temperature of hydrolysis overall yield in 54. 85 %. and nitration was about 65 ℃, spent acid was recycled.
