摘要
硫酸钙晶须是一种毒性较低、性价比较好的绿色环保材料。作者介绍了硫酸钙晶须的性能特点、生长和水化机理。根据硫酸钙晶须水化原因,总结出其稳定化处理途径主要是煅烧或添加稳定剂,即通过封闭晶须内部孔道或隔绝晶须的活性点,使晶须稳定不水化。
The calcium sulfate whisker is one kind of green environmental protection material having low toxicity and good performance-to-price ratio. In this article the nature characteristic, the growth and hydration mechanism of the calcium sulfate whisker were introduced. According to the hydrated reason of the calcium sulfate whisker,the authors have concluded that the stabilizing treatment routes of the calcium sulfate whisker are mainly calcining or adding stabilizer, which can make the calcium sulfate whisker steady and not hydrated through closing the internal channels or isolating the activity points of whisker.
