香港职业训练局的专业设置模式及其启示

The Specialty Establishing Mode in Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Its Enlightenment

专业设置对高职院校培养适销对路的高素质技能型人才十分重要。在介绍香港职业训练局和香港职业教育体系的基础上,分析了香港职业训练局专业设置模式的操作流程、特点,以期对内地高职院校优化专业设置模式有所启示。

Specialty establishment is an important carrier for cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on an introduction of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education （VTC） as well as the vocational education system in Hong Kong,this paper analyzes the operating procedure and characteristics of specialty establishing mode in VTC with expectation of its enlightenment in optimizing specialty establishing mode on China's Mainland.
