企业MIS是一个进行管理信息的收集、存储、加工及在各部门之间传递的网络信息系统。本文研究了分布式C／S结构MIS特点及应用开发程序模型，提出了具有实用性强、可靠性高、投资成本低等特点的企业MIS的硬软件集成方案，并给出了一个商标厂MIS系统的设计实例。
