经直肠彩色多普勒超声用于前列腺疾病的诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨前列腺癌时前列腺内血流参数变化特征及经直肠彩色多普勒超声的临床应用价值。方法:结合超声引导经直肠穿刺活检,用经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像对3例前列腺炎、15例前列腺增生、28例前列腺癌患者彩色多普勒参数进行对比分析:结果:前列腺癌组内血流信号较前列腺增生明显增多,动脉收缩期峰值、阻力指数均明显增高,甚至还可以出现反向波。结论:前列腺内动脉阻力指数可作为前列腺癌早期诊断的一项指标。反向波可以作为诊断前列腺癌的特异指标。
