NKX2.5基因的表观遗传学改变与先天性心脏病的关系 被引量:4

摘要 先天性心脏病(简称先心病)是小儿先天畸形中最常见的疾病,虽然现在有先进的医疗技术来诊断和治疗先天性心脏病,但其患病率和致死率仍然很高。先天性心脏病的病因大多数为遗传-环境相互作用的结果.且多为心血管畸形而不伴有其他畸形,包括了全部先心病病例的90%以上。NKX2.5基因是心肌细胞中的关键转录因子之一.在心脏发育过程中起重要的作用,但其在先天性心脏病中的调控机制尚不清楚。
