新中国成立初期中国共产党进行社会整合的历史考察

A Historical Review on the CPC’s Social Integration at the Beginning of the Foundation of PRC

新中国成立初期,旧的社会秩序和利益关系迅速瓦解,新的社会秩序和利益关系亟需重塑。中国共产党通过利益分配、统一战线和意识形态改造等方式进行社会整合,协调了社会各阶级阶层的利益矛盾,巩固了工农联盟,团结了民族资产阶级,对知识分子也进行了思想改造。同时,新中国成立初期的社会整合也存在若干缺陷和不足,在我们党以后的执政历程中,这些缺陷和不足不但没有得到及时纠正,反而得到放大和强化,成为导致党长期"左"的错误的重要诱因,削弱党进行社会整合的能力。

At the beginning of the foundation of PRC, the old social order and the interest relations disintegrated rapidly, and the new social order and the interest relations needed to remould. Through the benefit assignment, the united front and rebuilding the ideology, the Communist Party of China integrated the society, consolidated the workers and peasants alliance, united the national bourgeoisie, and rebuilt the ideology of the intellectuals. Simultaneously, the social integration also has certain flaws and insufficiency which were not correct in time but enlarged and intensified, and become the important cause for the party＇s long-term ＂left＂ mistake so as to weaken the social integration ability of the party.
