随世界经济政治一体化进程的加快和中国改革开放的深入,中国高等教育对外合作交流领域进一步扩大与深化。高等教育中外合作项目的增多,增加了大学生到国外学习、工作的机会。参加中外合作项目,对大学生来说,既是学习、就业的机遇,又是检验其能力与素质的重大挑战。2006年开始实施的"中华文化使者"项目,在实施中产生了一些受挫案例,为我们反思中国高校素质教育提供了一面镜子。深入分析"中华文化使者"项目受挫案例及该项目对大学生的素质、能力要求,对于进一步深化我国高校素质教育具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

With the acceleration of the world economic and political integration process and deepening of China＇s reform and opening up, the students have more chances to go abroad by many different programs. To participate in different kinds of Sino-foreign programs, it＇s not only learning and employment opportunities for the students, but also to test their capacity and quality challenges. Some students have been defeated in the implementation of the programs since 2006. The deficiencies in the quality education in Chinese university soon became obvious. It＇s important to reflect and seek countermeasures to deepen the quality education in Chinese universities by analysis the defeated cases, and further deepening the quality of education is of theoretical significance and practical value.
