The regulation, support and control function of standardization on the economy development and social progress have been analyzed from different stages of standard development. It is emphasized that it is necessary and significant for enterprises to build up internal control standards. Then according to the system construction of CNOOC, an explanation is made about the standard system of enterprise internal control.
