According to the state of safety management in construction enterprises of gas and oil fields, the analysis aims at the problems existing in the process of carrying out HSE management system. Then the paper explains the importance and specific methods of implementing the responsibility of safety management, perfecting the mechanism of training and testing, conducting dynamic risk management and establishing the mechanism of removing the hidden danger in construction enterprises of oil and gas fields.
