On the Improvement of Cementing Quality in Yanchang Gas Fields

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地延长区块古生界气藏属低渗、低压、低产气藏,本区域含多套储层,下古生界马家沟组为碳酸盐岩地层,上古生界石盒子、石千峰组井径扩大率高,上部地层刘家沟、纸坊组、和尚沟组承压能力低,给固井质量带来了较大的影响。通过分析,得知井身质量、地层漏失、储层特征等是影响该区域固井质量的主要因素,针对这些影响因素提出了改进措施和建议。 Paleozoic gas system at Yangchang block of E'erduosi basin belongs to the low permeable layer, low pressure, and low yield gas storage. This region consists of muhiple sets of storage layers, among which the lower Paleozoic Majiagou is carbonate layer, the upper Paleozoic Shihezi and Shiqianfeng have the high rate of well diameter expansion, and the upper earth layer Liujiagou, Zhifang team, Heshanggou team have the lower ability to bear the pressure. All this bring about the great effect on the cementing quality. Based on the above analysis, it is known that the quality of well itself, leakage of layers, characteristics of storage layers are the main factors affecting the cementing quality in this region. At last, some improving methods and suggestions are put forward according to the above influencing factors.
