摘要
论述了优先开发水电能源的重大意义,分析了水电开发中面临的几个问题,提出了以科学发展观推进我国水电能源建设的措施。
Significance of developing hydropower energy in priority was expounded, and several key points during the process were analyzed. In the end, measures to advance hydropower con- struction under the guide of scientific development view were proposed.
