摘要 采用高斯曲率评估曲面的可展程度,基于复合材料构件的CATIA三维数模,提取三维数模中的铺层信息,生成曲面展开所需要的单层曲面,在CATIA复合材料模块下对铺层曲面进行产品性能分析,确定曲面的不可展性,通过CATIA的"分析与仿真"功能中的高级网格划分模块对单层曲面进行有限元分析,计算出三角网格曲面模型上各点的离散高斯曲率,根据离散高斯曲面曲率最大值所在点,生成将曲面分开的剪口路径,最终将曲面进行展开。 Base on CATIA 3D, evaluate the flattening of surfaces with gaussian curvature, collect the information of plies, and then, analyse the producibility of single surface in CATIA composites model, calculate the max gaussian curvature of surface notes with finite element analyse, carve up the surface according the max gaussian curvature. Finally, a meshed surface with several areas is used to flatten the developable surfaces.
