表面活性剂的表面特性与颜料色浆的分散性研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了不同结构的阴或非离子表面活性剂的表面特性,及其复配物对颜料色浆的分散性、粒子分布、色光等性能之间关系。试验表明,低磺化度、低HLB值、低浊点、低γcmc,较大表面活性的阴或非离子表面活性剂,能获得粒子较细且分布均匀的颜料色浆,其分散性有明显的改善,而且在织物上的亮度和艳度有所提高。不同结构的阴或非离子表面活性剂与乳化剂EL组成的二元复配物作分散剂时,所得颜料颗粒粒径变细,分散性变化不明显。但三元复配物所得颜料颗粒不但未变细,而且分散性却变差,色光变淡而不艳。这对正确选择颜料色浆的分散剂具有一定的指导意义。 The relations about the surface characteristic of diffrent surfactant(anion and nonionic)and their compounds (two or three composes) in particle diameter, dispersity and hue of the pigment paste have been invertigated. The test indicates that fine pigment paste of level distribution may be obtained, and the dispersity has been improved, the lightity and brightity have been slightly enhanced with the anion or nonionic surfactant of low surphonatity, low HLB value, low cloud point, low γcmc, betteer surface activity. The diameter of pigment particle have been fined, but the dispersity not have obviously changed by compounds of two composes(the disperser consists of anion or nonionic surfactant and EL). But if use three compounds, the diameter of pigment particle have not been fined, and the dispersity change worse. It will provide theoretic basis for correct selection of disperser.
