摘要
针对真空碳酸盐法脱硫设备再生塔操作的主要控制参数进行了分析,找出了影响再生效率的主要因素:吸收液的碱度、塔顶真空度和塔底温度,并进行了优化,通过优化再生效率得到了明显提高。
Desulfurization equipment for the vacuum carbonate regeneration tower operation of the main control parameters are analyzed,identified the main factors affecting regeneration efficiency of alkalinity to absorb fluid,vacuum tower and the tower bottom temperature, and optimized, so that regeneration efficiency improved obviously.
