小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷含量的测定

Determination of Geniposide in Xiao'er Chiqiao Heat-clearing Pellet

目的:建立小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。采用背景消除法,检测栀子总环烯醚萜苷含量,波长:228nm。结果:栀子苷在0.52-2.60μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9898,平均加样回收率为99.27%,RSD%=0.87%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective： To establish the determination methods for geniposide in Xiao＇er chiqiao heat-clearing pellet. Methods： Geniposide was determined by UV. After the background intefferer in the sample was eliminated,geniposide was determined with the detection wavelength 228 nm. Results： For geniposide, there was good linear relationship in the range of 0.52-2.60 μg.mL^-1,r=0.9898, with the average recovery 99.27% and RSD 0.87%. Conclusion： This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, can be used for quality control.
