运用腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的优势分析

The advantages of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts

目的在运用腹腔镜手术进行卵巢囊肿治疗的同时,探讨治疗的临床经验。方法选择117例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者进行诊断,共有96例被确诊,需进行腹腔镜手术治疗。在手术后,对运用腹腔镜进行治疗的患者仔细观察,记录患者的术后资料,然后分析手术存在的优越性。结果腹腔镜手术的平均时间大约为150min,97例患者术后1～3d下床活动。患者的身体功能恢复较快。结论在腹腔镜下进行卵巢囊肿的治疗创伤小,患者康复快,恢复效果好,手术具有很多的优越性。

Objective To explore clinical experience of laparoscopic in treatment of orarian cysts.Methods Among 117 cases of laparoscopic ovarian cysts diagnosed patients,a total of 96 cases were diagnosed in need of laparoscopic surgery.After surgery,the use of laparoscopic treatment of patients were carefully observed and we recorded patient＇s postoperative data,and then analyzed the existence of the superiority of surgery.Results The average time of laparoscopic sugery was about 150 minutes,and 97 patients after 13 days could get off the bed.Physical function in patients recovered fastly.Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts has small trauma,the patients recover quickly,restore effectivly,and surgery has many advantages.
