摘要
目前概念规划的编制和应用主要集中在一些经济较为发达的大中城市,编制方法也主要是以问题导向和目标导向为主。广西玉林市玉州—北流—福绵一体化概念规划在已定目标的基础上,进行目标修订,对规划范围及规划区定位重新确定,提出空间重组、组团构建、产业空间布局及交通设施和重大基础设施建设等建议。
Conceptual plans are made mainly in big cities. Their compilations are both problem solving and vision oriented. Guangxi Yulin （Yuzhou, Beiliu, Fumian） integration plan makes revisions and reorients the planned area, puts forward suggestions in spatial reorganization, unit reconstruction, industrial space layout, and transportation, infrastructure facility construction.
