摘要
矩阵变换器作为一种新型变频变压控制系统,其三相输出通过双向功率开关与任一输入相直接相连.通过一定的调制策略来控制这9个双向开关,从而得到期望频率和幅值的输出电压.调制策略的好坏直接影响矩阵变换器的输入输出特性,而开关方式的选取是调制策略的关键.在分析空间矢量调制策略的基础上,讨论了不同的开关方式对开关损耗、输入、输出特性以及双向开关换流可靠性的影响,并得出两边对称方式是一种优良的开关方式的结论,最后通过仿真验证了结论的正确性.
As a full - silicon control scheme, the three output phases are connected to any one of the three input phases by the hi - direction power switches. The expected output voltage of certain frequency and amplitude can be deserved by controlling the nine bi - direction switches with some kind of modulation strategy. The input and output characteristics of matrix converter depend on the modulation strategy directly and the selection of switching pattern is the key. Based on the line - to - line voltage synthesis method, the various switching patterns and their influences on the switching losses, input/output characteristics and the commutation reliability of bi - direction switches are mainly discussed. Meanwhile, the symmetrical pattern; which is the best among these switching patterns is obtained. Finally, the simulation resuhs were given to verify the correctness of the conclusions.
