摘要
通过电镜扫描观测了2个西藏野生牡丹种及10个中原栽培牡丹种花粉粒的超微结构,结果表明:14个供试材料中,大部分材料的花粉粒为长球形,其中滇牡丹的花粉粒为近圆形、大花黄牡丹花粉粒为超长球形。不同居群的滇牡丹、大花黄牡丹超微结构有一定差异。各材料在花粉壁表面纹饰上差异明显。通过研究牡丹花粉的超显微结构,可为牡丹园艺品种的起源、演化以及种类间亲缘关系等提供孢粉学证据,为西藏牡丹的新品种选育奠定初步基础。
The electron microscope was used to observe the ultra-micro structures of pollen morphology of two wild tree peonies (Paeonia lutea ludlowii and Paeonia delavayi) from Tibet and ten varieties from Zhongyuan. The results showed that most of tree peony's pollen was subprolate in shape. There were obvious differences in the pollen wall of different species and varieties. The pollen wall which formed in different populations of two wild species was also distinctive. The study of the pollen morphology could provide palynological evidences for the origin, evolution and consanguineous relations among varieties of tree peonies.
