恩施州农村劳务经济发展现状、问题及对策研究

The Problems,Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Economic Development in Enshi Rural Area

劳务经济是缓解农业、农村发展的一个有效途径。恩施州是一个农业大州,但恩施州劳务经济在农民培训、农村劳动力转移、农民维权服务等方面存在一定的困难和问题,要大力发展劳务经济,应该有针对性地从组织领导、技能培训、转移就业、劳务品牌、维权服务、回乡创业等六个方向来改变,这对于促进农民增收、实现农村经济的繁荣和加快恩施州新农村建设步伐,具有一定的现实意义。

Labor economy is an effective way to relieve the agricultural and rural development. Enshi is a major agricultural prefecture, but there are difficulties and problems in farmer training, rural labor transfer and farmers rights protection services in the labor economy of Enshi. In order to vigorously develop the labor economy, there should be targeted transformation from the organization and leadership, skills training, transfer of employment, labor brands, rights protection services, home returing and so on, which would have a certain degree of practical significance for the the promotion of increasing farmer＇s income, the rural economic prosperity and accelerating the pace of building new rural areas in Enshi Prefecture.
