摘要
研究了在摇瓶液体培养条件下,不同碳源、氮源和无机盐对灰霉菌液体深层培养的影响。应用正交实验,确定了最佳培养基组成为葡萄糖3%、土豆汁4%、硝酸钾0.1%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%、硫酸镁0.05%;最佳培养条件为温度26℃、装液量100 L/250 L、pH值5.5、摇床转速120 r/min。
The effects of carbon and nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the growth of Botrytis cinerea in submerged liquid cultivation conditions have been studied. The optimum fermentation media obtained by the orthogonal trials were dextrose 3%, potato juice 4%, KNO30.1%, KH2 PO4 0.1% and MgSO4 0.05%. The optimal culture conditions were the temperature 26 ℃, the volume of the shaking flake 100 L/250 L, the initial pH value 5.5 and the speed of rotary shaker 120 r/min.
