高校就业能力指导服务体系的研究

Study on System of Employment Guidance and Service in Higher Education Institutions

随着我国就业制度改革的逐步深入和高等教育大众化时代的到来,对高校毕业生就业指导的方式、方法和内容都提出了全新的要求。本文从以全程化就业理论指导为基础,以就业基地建设和市场开发工作为保障,以高素质的专业化教师队伍建设为辅助,以就业实践和就业反馈为拓展四个方面对就业指导体系进行了探讨,以期构建一个更加完善的,符合全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化"四化"标准的毕业生就业指导体系。

With the deep development of the employment system reform and the arrival of mass education, a new employment guidance system for college graduates is required. The focus of this paper is devoted to the construction of an employment guidance system in accordance with the following four standards, that is, more reasonable, more suitable for the whole process guidance, more professional and more advanced about information, and all of which are based on the whole process employment guidance, the employment base foundation, the market development, and the high-quality professional teachers＇ group.
