黄牛乳腺炎与肥大细胞的相关性研究

摘要 应用组织学和组织化学方法对正常黄牛与乳腺炎黄牛乳腺不同部位的肥大细胞的数量、活力和组化性质的动态变化进行了研究.结果表明,乳腺炎黄牛乳腺组织中大量的炎性细胞浸染小叶间质、腺泡及腺上皮细胞间、腺泡腔内和乳导管及血管内壁与周围,并急剧增多,均极显著高于正常乳腺(P<0.01).其中乳基部最高,均极显著高于乳头部和乳体部(P<0.01).腺泡结构渐进紊乱,小叶内血管腔狭窄、变形.同时,乳腺肥大细胞及其脱颗粒的变化趋势均与炎性细胞浸染变化相吻合.由此可见,肥大细胞参与了黄牛乳腺炎的病理进程. The developmental changes of the number, activities and histochemical characters of mast cells at different positions of the milk gland in the normal yellow cows and the mastitis yellow cows were studied with the methods of applied histology and histochemistry. The results showed that a great number of inflammatory cells in the mammary tissue during mastitis influenced lobular interstitial tissue, aliveoli and interstice of glandular epithelial cells, cavities of aliveoli, mammary ducts and inner walls of blob vessels. The inflammatory cells at different positions of mammary glands increased rapidly, which were significantly higher than normal mammary glands (P〈0. 01) with the highest at the bases of breasts. The number of inflammatory ceils at the bases of breasts were significantly higher than those at the nipple parts and the main bodies of breasts (P〈0. 01). The structure of aliveoli confused gradually and the blood vessels in the lobules became narrow and deformed. At the same time, the changes of mucous mast cells and degranulation at different positions of mammary glands corresponded to the changes of the influences of inflammatory cells. The conclusion was that the mast cells participated the pathological course of mastitis.
