摘要
通过葡萄胚挽救试管苗配套移栽技术的系统研究,发现经过一定时间的闭瓶开瓶炼苗,气孔开张度逐渐降低,关闭指数和叶绿素含量都在增加,从而提高了试管苗对外界环境条件的适应能力,有利于移栽成活率的进—步提高.配合采用基质分层配制,移栽成活率显著高于单独使用一种特定基质,这对移栽其他难成活试管植物有一定借鉴意义.
The study on transplanting techniques of plantlet from embryo rescue indicated that the Hardenedseedling could reduce stoma opening degree, and increase rate of closure and chlorophyll content. Which enhanced the adaption ability of plantlet to climate, and improved survival rate of transplanting. The medium mixed with different components had a better survival rate than the pure medium.
