信息伦理学发展历程探析 被引量：4

摘要 信息伦理学作为图书馆学与信息科学中的一门学科,最初以计算机伦理学的面目出现。信息伦理学起源于古希腊语文化概念"自由演说"或言论自由。20世纪80年代摩尔的"什么是计算机伦理学"一文的正式发表标志着计算机伦理学的诞生。20世纪90年代以来,信息伦理学获得突破性进展。
