摘要
针对涡街流量传感器的非线性特性,采用16位嵌入式微处理器MSP430F147为智能核心,将传感器特性曲线存储在用户可编程Flash中,实现对涡街传感器的非线性校正,从而扩大了涡街流量计的量程比。采用A5191HRT型HART调制解调芯片与(4~20)mA电流环产生电路构成隔离式HART通信模块,在实际应用中取得良好效果。
Aiming at the nonlinear characteristic of the vortex-shedding sensor, by using MSP430F147 as the intelligent central controller, the characteristic curves of the sensor are finned into information flash memory, thus nonlinear correction is implemented to vortex sensor with this method, which improves the ratio of measuring range. Isolated HART communication module was composed of the A5191HRT and circuit for (4-20)mA, and experiment results are obtained using practical applications.
