2种喷花疏雄药剂对板栗花粉发芽率影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以10年生金栗王板栗树为研究对象,研究了应用板栗疏雄醇及二氯乙酸2种疏雄剂于板栗树花期进行喷花疏雄处理的效果,并对经疏雄处理后的板栗树花粉进行了发芽试验,以此研究了培养基、花期、花序类别、花粉保存时间对板栗花粉发芽率的影响。结果表明:以应用800倍板栗疏雄醇液喷花疏雄的效果最好,用0.5%琼脂+10%蔗糖+0.05%硼酸为培养基对板栗花粉的发芽率最高;雄花序及盛花期的板栗花粉发芽率较高。板栗花粉随着保存时间的推移,其发芽率降低,但在7天后花粉发芽率降低的趋势变慢。 We used two types of chemicals, SXC and boric acid to study their effects on inhibition of male flower of ten year old Castanea mollissima. We also studied the factors of media, time of flowering, inflorescence, duration of pollen conserved on the germination rate of the pollens. It was showed that 800 × SXC performed the best in inhibiting male flowering and 0. 5% agar + 10% sucrose + 0. 05% boric acid culture yielded highest pollen germination. The pollen's germination rate decreased by the time and kept a relatively stable rate after 7 days.
