摘要 研制了一种高集成度的摆镜驱动模块,用作空间光学遥感器摆镜机构的动力单元。基于光、机、电一体化的设计理念,选择合适的步进电机,研制了大速比的谐波减速器和16位光电编码器,从而构制了紧凑型驱动模块。对该模块的轴系精度、位置精度和速度精度分别进行了分析和测试,测试结果显示,轴系径向跳动<3μm,端面跳动<1μm,定位精度<40″;理论速度为0.1°/s时相对速度精度为19%,5°/s时相对速度精度为6.8%。试验结果表明,该驱动模块质量轻、输出力矩大、传动精度高,满足摆镜机构对驱动系统的指标要求。 An high integration driving module for scanning mirrors is developed to use in space optical remote sensors. Based on the design idea of the integration of optics, mechanics and electronics, a stepper motor is selected and'a harmonic reducer and a 16 bit encoder are developed to make up the compact drive module. Then the shafting precision, position precision and speed precision of the rood ule are analyzed and tested. According to test results, the shafting radial error, shafting end error and the position precision are less than 3 μm, 1μm and 40", respectively. Moreover, the measured results indicate that the relative speed precisions are 19% and 6.8% ,respectively, when the speeds are 0. 1°/s and 5°/s. These results prove that the driving module has advantages in light weight, powerful moment and higher precise, and is suitsable for driving the scanning mirror.
