毕业论文是高等学校人才培养重要的实践性教学环节.文章立足于新建地方本科高校的实际,从学生、教师和管理体制诸因素分析当前地方本科高校毕业论文质量存在问题的原因,并从管理机制、指导力量、学生的要求和过程管理等方面提出提高毕业论文质量的相应对策.

Graduation thesis is an important practical teaching step of talent training in colleges and universities. Based on practice of local colleges and universities, the paper analyses the causes of the problems on graduation thesis quality in local colleges and universities from student, teacher and management system. The countermeasures are proposed to improve graduation thesis quality from following aspects such as management mechanism, guidance capability, students＇ requirements and process management.
