摘要
以KMnO4、MnSO4为原料,在乙酸乙酯与水形成的界面反应,制备了纳米MnO2。XRD、IR及SEM等分析表明:制备的MnO2为α和γ晶型的混合晶相,由一些规则的小纳米棒组成。电化学性能测试表明:MnO2电极在6 mol/L KOH中具有良好的电容行为,比电容可达243 F/g。特殊的纳米结构有利于大电流放电。
Nano-MnO2 was synthesized by reacting on the interface between ethyl acetate and water with KMnO4 and MnSO4 as raw materials. The XRD, IR and SEM analyses showed the prepared MnO2 was the mixed phase of a and γ crystal type,composed of some small and tmiform nanorods. The electrochemical performance tests showed the MnO2 electrode had fine capacitance behavior in 6 mol/L KOH,its specific capacitance could reach 243 F/g. The special nano-strueture was beneficial to its heavy load discharge.
