摘要
用紫外吸收研究力竭运动后大鼠血清中赖氨酸(lysine)对丙二醛(MDA)的清除。通过试管反应发现,在适宜的浓度和pH值下,赖氨酸能与MDA结合形成类似尿液的成分;乳酸升高所营造的微酸性环境能促使这一反应的进行。剧烈运动前后适时适量饮用赖氨酸能抵抗氧应激代谢产物的生物毒性作用,保护机体免受伤害。
