电弧熔炼法制备的Co-Si合金的结构与性能 被引量:1

摘要 用电弧熔炼法制备了Co-Si合金。合金由87.6%的CoSi2相和12.4%的CoSi相组成。CoSi2相和CoSi相均属于立方晶系,空间群分别为Fm-3m和P213,晶胞参数分别为0.536(5)和0.443(7)nm。经过活化后,Co-Si合金的最大比容量为225.8 mAh/g,具有较好的可逆性能和循环稳定性。 Co-Si alloy was prepared by arc melting method. The alloy consisted of 87.6% CoSi2 phase and 12.4% CoSi phase. The CoSi2 phase and CoSi phase were cubic structure, space groups were Fm-3m and P213, respectively, the cell parameters were 0.536(5)nm and 0.443(7) nm, respectively. After activation, the maximum specific capacity of Co-Si alloys was 225.8 mAh/g,it had fine reversibility and cycle stability.
