摘要
科学的、独具特色的人才培养模式对提高高职教育质量至关重要。基于此,本文阐释了独具特色的"岗位主导、任务驱动"式人才培养模式内涵,结合本校实际,探讨了高职软件技术专业"岗位主导、任务驱动"式课程教学模式设计及人才培养模式实践,提出了高职软件专业实施"岗位主导、任务驱动"式人才培养模式的保障措施。
A scientific and unique talent training mode is the key to the quality improvement in higher vocational education. Based on it, this article explains the connotation of the personnel training mode with the type of "post-dominated and taskdriven", taking the school's practice as an example, discusses the curriculum teaching mode design of software specialty and proposes the implement guarantee to this mode.
