摘要
健身跑活动这种有氧运动能活动人体全身各组织、器官、系统,促进新陈代谢,提高身体机能,对大学生心肺功能有显著的积极影响,促进其心理健康发展。有氧运动不受场地、器材、季节限制,大学生做起来简便易行,行之有效,宜广泛开展。高校在积极开展有氧运动的同时,也应注重大学生的心理健康教育。
Aerobic running has active effects on college student's lung functions, body systems and other organs as well as their metabolism. As aerobic exercises are not limited by space, equipments and seasons, it is easy to follow, effectuate and popularize. Attention should be paid to college students'psychological health education together with the implementation of aerobic exercises.
