金融危机背景下返乡农民工的生存状况——基于湖南省武冈市的调查

Pay close attention to rural workers in the township——a research for rural workers' survive in the financial crisis after they returned to Wugang city,Hunan province

以湖南武冈——一个劳务输出重地作为研究样本,通过问卷调查、个案访谈、深度访谈,揭示农民工返乡后在农村的生存状况:文化生活极为单调;或闲置在家,感觉"真无聊"、"郁闷"、"失落",或认为"危机是暂时的","赶上了好时候",积极另谋出路。提出了加快发展优势产业,吸纳农民工在家乡就业;加大扶持力度,鼓励农民工自主创业;强化就业服务,拓宽农民工就业门路;营造宽松环境,为返乡农民工创业服务;转变城市管理思路,变农民工返乡潮为社会主义新农村建设的契机的对策建议。

Our investigation focus on Wugang city, Hunan province, the important labour services export place. Through questionnaire investigation, case interview, deep interview as studying samples, we try to announce the rural workers＇ situation, the impact on the countryside and society after the township. We hope to find some new problems under the current situation, propose some pertinence suggestions useful for forming the survey report. Thus we are able to cause the whole society concerning rural workers＇ survive in the township and offer bases for government policy.
