摘要 为了保证数字印刷机的印刷质量,针对HP Indi-go1050数字印刷机,通过采用3种不同纸张,改变显影鼓电压、激光能量值和油墨浓度进行印刷,测试印刷品实地密度和网点值,来考察纸张对数字印刷机印刷质量的影响。结果表明:纸张油墨吸收性越小,网点再现性越好,网点增大越小;纸张平滑度越高,印刷实地密度越大。为获得最大印刷实地密度,无光铜版纸的油墨浓度设定值较铜版纸和胶版纸略高一些。 In order to ensure the printing quality of the digital press, for digital press HP Indigo1050, three kinds of different paper are used which are changed the voltage of imaging drum, laser energy value and ink density. The influence of stock on the printing quality of the digital press is studied on by means of testing the density of solid print and dot area. The result shows that the smaller strike-in paper is, the better dot reproduction is and the smaller the dot gain is; the higher smoothness of paper is, the bigger density of solid print is. The value of ink density of dull finished art paper is set to be high to the value of ivory paper and offset paper to get the biggest density of solid print.
